By registering on EV you agree that you are legally bound by these terms and conditions for however long your account is registered on this game. These terms and conditions may change at any time. All alterations will be made directly on this page which can be accessed on every page of EV. We will not alert EV users if changes have been made.

Any links to other websites found in the game either through advertisements or posted by members do not imply compliance of views and opinions or affiliation, and we will not be held responsible for any products or services obtained through these websites.

It is not always possible to fully control site content as some areas are available for users to post their own content, although EV promises to try to keep the game as child-friendly as possible. However, we will not be held responsible for any distress caused by member content on the site. All site materials are copyright to Equiverse with exclusion of member-created content, including but not limited to: images, coding and text. All content posted by members must be suitable for all ages, and failure to comply with this will result in fining of account privileges (money, horses, upgrade days) and ultimately banning from the site. Members remain solely responsible for their own content which they post or display. EV moderators reserve the right to remove any content that is deemed unsuitable for an audience of all ages.

By signing up to the site, every user is given a set of privileges, including but not limited to: owning simulated horses, editing account information, interacting with other members via game messages and the forum, owning stables, the ability to create shows, and owning virtual money. These privileges may be reduced or taken away if a member does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions listed on this page. The sale of EV privileges (money, horses, accounts) for real life currency is prohibited. These rules apply to all types of accounts on the game.

EV cannot be held responsible for any server downtime, and reserves the right to close the game at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: permanent game closure, bug fixes, and renovations.

Shared or partnered accounts are strongly discouraged in the game. If you decide to share your username and password with another member on the game, EV will not be held responsible for the consequences that may follow due to untrustworthy members. EV is also not responsible for "stolen" game items, including horses and game money.

Disclosure of information such as name, e-mail address and other personal details between members is strongly prohibited. If a member chooses to disclose information such as this, it is possible that the member's account will be fined or banned.

Inappropriate topics are strictly prohibited on the game, including (but not limited to) member pages, forum posts and the game chat rooms. Topics include (but are not limited to) racism, sexism, political and religious discussions. EV reserves the right to delete any topics that are at risk of causing offence to sensitive and younger members of the game, and if the member in question continues posting inappropriate content, they will be banned from the game.

To be a Deluxe member or access special in-game features that require EV Credits, you must pay an amount of money (USD) which cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Accounts that have been banned, suspended or fined are not eligible for a refund as a ban, suspension or fine is due to violation of game rules and terms and conditions.
