If you can't remember your username or password then you can request a new one by supplying your e-mail address below. This e-mail address must be linked to the account you are trying to access, and your username and new password will be sent to it.

If you are a Deluxe member and no longer have access to the e-mail address that you signed up with, then you should click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page, and explain your situation. Include the PayPal address and the date that your account was upgraded with and you will be able to retrieve your login details.

If you are not upgraded, you will not be able to retrieve your account details if you have lost them.
